As many of my readers know, I have a slight obsession with Kate Spade, as well as a love for sneakers. This latter obsession has evolved a lot through the years; from platform, to sporty, to pumas, to converse, and back. But in staying true to an original, I always love my keds, so I was very excited to hear that two of my favorite things were collaborating on a new collection. The Line (made up of 8 styles) takes the same core elements of keds classic kicks, and adds a playful, spade-ish, relevant spin with polka dots, stripes and gingham.
The line launches in February, but between all these terrible storms New York is having, looks like there will be some light at the end of our winter….
