Last weekend we took a little 24 hour getaway to Crystal Springs Resort, in Hamburg, NJ. Much more on our journey, and our stay later in the week. One of the coolest things about our quick departure was how easy it was to go from humid, city, concrete streets to a sea of green. Literally. Our suite overlooked a small part of the fairway; only one blip on the radar of an otherwise massive golf course that extends throughout and around the entire property. But for this city kid, even a small patch of green was enough to excite me. As well as a bunny who happened to be skipping by just at the right time. Knowing we would soon be returning to the den of fast, otherwise known as Manhattan, I decided to revel for a bit in all the lushness surrounding me. I may be green when it comes to the fairway, but when it comes to style, I’m all pro.
What else could I wear for putting besides my Stan Smith sneakers. I’ve been wearing them on repeat ever since scooping them up at Nordstrom last month, and they go with everything. I admit, I don’t take my handicap too seriously, but style is something I never joke about.
