Everyone knows Fashion Week is a whirlwind. There are events, shows, invites to openings, some amazing, some not, some are busier then others, but everyone has their own load, what they outwardly complain about is a “crazy week”, but which everyone of course breathes, lives and dies for. If not all year, then at least for 2 weeks in September and February.
It’s only been a few days, and I’m already exhausted. But the week was ending on a much anticipated high note, as I got myself ready to attend the Sears Style Blogger Brunch for #NYFW12, at Bagatelle. I was eager to see the new Kardashian Kollection, and mingle with the other girls, but also with fall approaching, and budgeting in mind always, also excited to see some affordable fashion.
I love a good bargain, and like some many good style mavens, know how important it is to always have a good mix of high and low. No woman can exist on Gucci, or Louis alone. It takes a strong eye, and a flair for creativity to be able to find the best deals on the cutest clothes, or find affordable fashion on designer, or designer inspired labels.
No one knows that better then Sears, who in the midst of excitement for fall fashion this September 2012 is featuring the Kardashian Kollection, an array of colorful skinny jeans from the aforementioned brand, as well as Bongo and Levis, and a cute collection of affordable dresses, skirts and tops from all those brands.
I know that at the brunch I’m bound to find at least a few things that will end up on my covet list for Fall, and more on that in my next post.
Since I’m obsessed with stripes right now, I have a whole outfit planned out for the brunch already that I researched online, like any good obsessively compulsive shopper would do of course.

A cute, white ruffled feminine skirt by Kardashian Kollection, mixed with a sportier detail the striped shirt, and then the red leather jacket from jou jou to complement it, and add that dash of fall. This is the perfect outfit to wear while viewing the new Sears collection, #searsStyle, and grabbing a few bellinis.
