Keep Me In Stitches…. crocheted styles for warmer weather

These days, while we are all kept wondering WHEN, if ever, spring will rear it’s pretty  head, it’s leaving a lot of us fashionably depressed. Overzealous removal of our “spring boxes”, and pre- planned dresses and skirts seem to have been put on the back burner while mother nature favors the cold.  Spring is the red headed stepchild, and speaking as a former one, we are still waiting for our day in the sun… Literally

I seem to be suffering from S.A.D., which previously I wasn’t sure existed, but the more we can’t shake this weather, the more I can’t shake my mood, and all I want to do is wear my little blazer, WITHOUT a North Face jacket over it.

So in the interest of anxious planning, I’m going to hope that the weather reads this blog, and takes some notes. This spring, one of my new favorite trends is the lattice/stitch work style that is cropping up on dresses, blouses, and even in shoes as well.

There is an amazing little sequin shirt from J Crew, that I immediately dogeared in my catalog, it’ s a little pricey but SOOO cute, and some other great styles from ASOS, and Modcloth, that are sure to spark some interest- Score with some of these cute looks, and UNLIKE the Knicks on Friday night, you can be nothing but Net…..
