Animal prints have a love/hate relationship with fashion mavens everywhere, and every few seasons they become the IT PRINT. For Fall ’11 prints in leopard, zebra,etc are back AGAIN, but this time, to not keep us totally complacent, a TWIST has been provided.
That twist comes to us, not as another version of a print, but bigger. The bear, who as we all know does not have any kind of unique spotting or design must’ve felt left in the lurch all these seasons past, and has decided to have a moment. And it’s all in….
From a similar theme in Erin Shaw’s collection that I saw, to Melissa Gorga’s hat, to the Missoni for Target collection, and even Kate Moss paying attention, this trend proves fun without being too OverBEARing….
