Halloween is one of my favorite times of year, and has always been one of my favorite holidays. These days, with social media what it is, the phenomenon seems at it’s height, with pumkin overload reaching passive heights. And yet, I’m not as tired of it by now, as I thought I might be. In fact, I’m actually still pretty into it!! And I love that Fanta soda is too. Fanta, which just so happens to be orange (it’s like kinda a trend this month, hellooo?), among other flavors, is so excited they even created a special Halloween campaign. The Fanta freaky Foto Booth is a program and app that lets you take your normal, average, every day selfie, and turn it into a fun, freaky character! Of course, with a little Fanta style. Upload a photo of yourself and the Fanta Freaky Foto Booth lets you add costumes, props, and personalization before posting and sharing.
Creating it is as simple as taking your selfie! Just register, sign up, and then upload your photo, or snap a new one then, and there.
Upload that photo or retake till you’re happy, and then size it to line up with the marks shown on the screen. It took me a few tries to get it to line up, but a normal person should be able to do it easily, I’m sure.
Go through, creating and adding costumes and props, and resizing things as needed. Swipe right and left, till you’ve decided and picked out your favorite props. Then, once you’re happy, select SNAP! Your photo will be emailed to you, which you can then post to your Halloween heart’s content.
I selected a cheeseburger in paradise but it was a heated tossup between that and the pirate. See below.
I stopped by my local 7-11; there’s one right up the block from me, and grabbed some Fanta, which was on sale; two for $3.oo. Mixed with soda water, a spritz of vodka, and lime, and you have the perfect drink for sipping, while handing out treats this weekend.
