6. Take a Floral arranging class. There are plenty of unique ways to relieve stress in NYC. But maybe one of the prettiest options is a floral arranging class. 7. Goat yoga. Just kidding. A class filled with yoga and adorable, little goats could only help your mood. Unfortunately, this hyped Brooklyn class was cancelled  due to health code violations. This means you’ll have to keep traveling off the island of Manhattan to get your goat yoga fix.

  • Living in a large city does lead to stress. We have one unique stress reliever here in Houston that I have tried. It’s a place that lets you smash things to bits. You are given your choice of a baseball bat, metal pole, or other weapon. You then enter a room full of old computers, printers, toys, etc, shut the door, and start swinging away! I tried it and it works quite well at melting away tension.
